1. Does the facility have a parking lot?
Yes, Halo Hel has 36 parking spaces, including spaces for coaches and larger vehicles. The current price list is available at the reception. Parking is available only for hotel guests.
2. Does the facility accept pets?
Halo Hel accepts pets except for dangerous species and breeds. Please report the arrival with your pet when making a reservation. In the absence of notification, the facility reserves the right to refuse the pet. Pets are accepted in selected rooms, which may be limited in availability, in which case a stay will be offered at the nearest possible date. The cost of a pet stay is PLN 50 per day.
3. How far is it to the center of Hel city?
Halo Hel is located in the city center in a quiet area, 3 minutes walk from the main promenade and 200 meters from the beach of Puck Bay.
4. Are travel cots available at the facility?
Yes, in Halo Hel, baby cots are available on request at no extra charge.
5. Is there a refrigerator and a kitchenette in the room?
Yes, all rooms in Halo Hel are equipped with refrigerators. There is a well-equipped communal kitchenette on each floor.
6. Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms in Halo Hel are equipped with air conditioning.
7. Is there a restaurant on the premises?
No, the facility does not serve meals. Flyers for generally accessible dining spots in Hel, located near Halo Hel, are available at the reception.
8. How far is the facility from the PKP train station?
Halo Hel is a 2-minute walk from the PKP train station.
9. Until what time does the overnight stay last?
At Halo Hel, the overnight stay lasts from 15:00 to 11:00. It is possible to extend the overnight stay subject to availability. For this purpose, please contact the reception.
10. Is it possible to store luggage after the stay has ended?
Yes, at Halo Hel you can store luggage at no additional cost.
11. Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes, the staff at Halo Hel's reception are available to guests around the clock.
